“This is a delicious and quick recipe for Blackberry Frozen Yoghurt made with blackberries
Start to finish: 5 minutes prep, 30 minutes in the ice cream maker or freezing as a iced lolly
3 cups of fresh blackberries
400g tin condensed milk
400g Greek yoghurt
Put the blackberries in a blender with the condensed milk and puree. Then stir in the Greek yoghurt. Pour into your ice-cream maker and do as you normally would. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, get one! They’re cheap and amazing. But for now pop the mixture in some ice lolly moulds.”
