As an international public speaker, she defends the necessity to have balanced teams to drive retail success.
Celia is founding member of the London Chapter of the 2% club, which actively drives forward the issue of the under-representation of women at the top of corporate UK.
Not only has she worked in large global multinationals, sectors as broad as CPG/FMCG, leisure, hospitality, technology and automotive, Celia also mentors a number of young graduates and mid-level managers, and provides mentoring and marketing support in the charitable sector. She won the Best Female Leader in Marketing award in the year 2013.

After giving up a highly paid job built over a period of ten years, she started her own company about woman’s menstruation. Firstly, with a simple monthly subscription to easily and quickly procure tampons and pads, she slowly added newsletters and other community activities such as the possibility to ask questions to Dr. Flo.
Naama launched an amusing video on YouTube which generated more than 7 million hits overnight. This big hit led to tens of thousands of customers and subscribers.
